"Rules and instruction"
  1. Fasten safety belt.
  2. Stay in machine at all times unless directed by the umpire to leave machine.
  3. Do not use hands to retrieve the ball except when the ball falls into your WhirlyBug(TM).
  4. No play allowed on court, unless from operating WhirlyBug(TM).
  5. After each score, ball is turned over to opposing team.
  6. If a new ball is required, the referee will throw it onto the playing floor, to the team who last touched it.
  7. Delay of Game Penalty: There is a point penalty if anyone on the team that has just scored touches the ball with his or her scoop.
  8. Technical: Is a two point penalty for any harassment to the umpire for the first time. The second time will be a four point penalty.
  9. Turnover: When your team has a player in the key (the area under your backboard) while your team has control of the ball, the shot clock starts counting down. You have five seconds to clear out of the key or turnover the ball. As long as your team has control the count continues.
  10. Turnover: A player must pass within 20 seconds or turnover the ball.
  11. Turnover: A team must shoot within 30 seconds or turnover the ball.
  12. A league team must have at least four players to play a league game. If not they must forfeit.
  13. All league team substitutes must be turned in and approved at the start of the league on your registration sheet. No other alternates will be allowed to sub for regular players unless approved by management one week in advance.
